The phone number listed on their website is not a working number. I drove there two weeks ago and the guy sitting at the counter said the person who does the repairs was not there. He could not answer any questions. He handed me a pad and asked me to write my name and number. He assured the owner would call. I never received a call. Today, I was in the area, so I went by again. The same guy was there who could not answer any questions, and he again asked for my number. I said, No Thanks.

Took my ring with 2 small gems on the inside of the band in to get a resize and Desi was super honest that he may not be able to save the gems (they weren’t set properly), I told him to just do what he can and I would be okay if the gems couldn’t be saved. He ended up resizing AND saving the gems! Can’t even tell it was resized and he cleaned and polished it beautifully. Price was great, done in an hour and I appreciated the transparency and the customer service from him and his son Brandon was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Went in for a repair on one of my favorite chains. Brandon’s service was impeccable, it took less than an hour to weld a piece of the metal on my chain that was loose and cleaned it. He was even able to see the damaged area on a large screen where I was also able see what he saw. The service was affordable and the results were beyond impressive!
